WKZ series magnetic level gauge, also known as magnetic reversing column, magnetic flip plate and magnetic float level gauge, can be used to measure liquid level safely and reliably under high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity and strong corrosion conditions. WKZ series magnetic level meter uses magnetic flip plate, which can be displayed directly in the field without external power supply. If the upper and lower limit switches are output, remote alarm and limit control can be realized. If the transmitter is added, the remote indication, detection and control of liquid level can be realized.

According to the different installation position of the container, the side, top, top display and other types are provided. According to the different working media, 304/316 stainless steel and stainless steel lined with tetrafluoroethylene, ABS, PP-R, UPVC and other materials are provided, including ABS, PP-R, UPVC, stainless steel lining and tetrafluoroethylene, which are suitable for corrosive media such as acid and alkali. In addition to the basic type, there are various forms of high temperature and high pressure, anticorrosion type, clamp set, frost protection, electric heat tracing and electronic double color.

Take the side mounted basic magnetic level gauge as an example: the liquid level gauge is connected with the container through the side flange, so that the change of the liquid in the liquid level gauge is consistent with the change of the liquid level in the container. The float in the measuring tube with the liquid level of the lifting up and down movement of the permanent magnets in float through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white version of flip 180 degrees, the liquid level rises, turning plate is turned from white to red, down from red to white, so as to achieve the level of instruction. Because the magnetic turnover indicator can reflect the change of the liquid level in the container without any power supply, and make the liquid medium safe from the measurement indication. It provides a safe and reliable means for liquid level detection of flammable, explosive and toxic medium.
